dont see why amazon don't use reliable couriers such as royal mail, i never have a problem with them and always get my items before 12pm. i have had to get today off work as i thought the item would be coming this morning and now its starting to look like i could of just gone to work.
You may get your items before 12pm, but many others get them well in to the afternoon, so I don't see how the courier delivering well in to the afternoon makes them any less reputable.0 -

well when i chose a time for it to be delivered i expect it to be delivered at that time.
now 6pm and still no parcel.0 -
They are not usually timed deliveries, this is far too expensive. They are date deliveries, i.e. delivery between 8:30am up to 5pm (longer with certain carriers).
I had a very late delivery once, the drivers van had broke down and he had to get a hire van, making him 3 hours behind schedule.0 -
you can either select delivery before 1pm for £5 or any time for free
If you paid for the delivery time make sure you date the paperwork when you get the delivery and immediately report it to Amazon that it wasn't delivered on time.
Yodel were awful around Christmas but I don't know how badly their are doing now.0 -

okay i will do, person on phone 20mins ago said i would get it before 7pm its quarter to 7 now so if i am going to get it before 7 they best shake a leg0 -
OP, why on earth didn't you mention in your original post that you had paid extra for an earlier delivery and, at the time of your posting they were already late?
It was your eighth post on this thread before you said you were expecting it before 1pm, and your ninth post before you told us that you had paid £5 for that feature.
That would've made a lot of difference to what I, and I suspect others, would've posted.0
