Plusnet signing up problems

I've been trying all day to sign up to Plusnet via Topcashback, but once I get to the payment screen everything freezes. Plusnet say it might be TCB problem; but I doubt it. Anybody else experienced any probelms?

    I must admit I was going to suggest clearing cookies and cache and trying again, but that's a much faster way of going about it :)

    I've asked around our sales team and they haven't seen any issues like this I'm afraid. I suspect that another browser or clearing cookies and cache would allow you to complete the signup though - if not please let us know and we can try and arrange for one of our sales team to call you.

    Thanks for the advice. I tried again on IE but again very slow going to payment page, so gave up. Downloaded Chrome after clearing cookies and cache, opened up Topcashback then navigated to Plusnet. Got through to payment page and all ordered. Hope it tracked okay. Chrome so much quicker, so in the end improved browsing speed as well. Win Win.
