Is the bank code they used the same as the one you sent them (i.e you made a mistake), or did they change the digit that is incorrect (i.e they made the mistake)?
  • We don't know, they haven't given us proof and I don't think my husband copied the form he filled in

Ive done a search and cant find anything about this company so started a thread.
Has anyone had dealings with them?
If anyone has had dealings with this company are they ok, have you recieved payment for your phone or the phone sent back if it wasnt suitable for them, thanks.

I sent my phone, offered best deal. It was perfect cosmetically, a few glitches on software but WORKED. They said it was faulty soft & hardware, & wouldn't go past first screen! I was using it up until I posted it! Web & everything.... well I wasn't taking downgrade & insisted on return of phone. I'm not even sure if it was my phone they returned, but it was dead, scratched both ends where they gouged off back & had ripped out a bulb thing too. I am fuming but there's nothing I can do!

***DO NOT USE FONEHUB, THEY ARE CROOKS***!

The advice is always the same for these things ... record the IMEI of the phone, and take photos of the phone before packing and of the packaged parcel.
