I would have serious doubts about taking a 12 month contract off them. 18 months - no chance. Their conduct over the last 6 months does not give you much confidence. The only things in their favour is that they allow you to send bills by email and do apper to be paying out cashbacks still. The question you have got to ask is - for how long?

yeah, i know. that's my worry too! and they take absolutely ages to pay out. tho they've been a good company but i'm really worried. However, stupid me took out a contract with them about 1 month ago without thinking....fingers crossed they don't go bust before that contract(12 months)...
    thanks for your reply,thor.

How do you send bills by email - I assume you scan it in but where do you send it to, I can't find any info on this

I sent my last cashback my fax. Total cost was three pounds for four pages.....75p a min. The only reason I used that service was because I was late posting my cashback.

It's not publicised on their site but you can email your bills to customer.service@mobileshop.co.uk
Accepting bills via email is THE ONLY plus point about mobileshop these days.
They send you an acknowledgement of receipt as well just like they do if you had posted it so if you don't hear from them within a couple of days you can email your scans again.

If you've got an online account you can also copy & paste the details from there into a Word document an email that to them. Have done this with my last 2 claims and have had acknowledgement each time.

After I have finished my contract with Mobileshop, I wouldn't even dare to sign up through Mobileshop again. Not worth the hassle, aggravation, stress and depression they give.
