When they talk about "real estate agents" I comment that they are better than imaginary ones!
I did a research, googled people talking about real estate paperless transactions.. I guess no one can give me the right answer.0 -

I am guessing by the way you write that you are not UK based but maybe you are and have come to live here.
Do you mean legal conveyancing because there are many companies who used Internet based conveyancing?
Or do you mean the actual presentation of an offer because in the UL we do not present offers and counter offer in the way they do in the US so most offers are presented verbally though frequently are followed up in writing.
I think the people of the forum are not actually sure what you are asking!0 -

Certainly true in my case!:o
Nancy, sometimes this forum is abused by people who sign up in order to advertise their own business etc, so we are cautious and maybe a little too light hearted with newbies.
We realise now that yours was a genuine question. None of us means to cause any offence.0 -

As a consequence I courteously suggested you may wish to seek opinions from a forum which doesn't deal exclusively with UK transactions.
Now, what paperless transactions do you wish to discuss? You obviously work in the property business from the comments you make in the opening post. What do you do and where do you do it?I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Nancy, assuming you are a realtor working in the USA, can I suggest you enquire with your local realtor association, consult with other realtors, or ask your broker to point you in the right direction.
If you've heard about this from another realtor, why not ask them for more detail, or consult with their broker?
All this avenues would hold more hope for an answer than this UK-specific forum.....0 -
Surely the answer is for Nancy to get some proper training? Clearly this 'realtor' has serious gaps in her knowledge, yet is apparantly working as a professional in the field - presumably making money out of clients who assume she knows what she is doing.
Which she doesn't.
Over here, there are serious problems with estate and letting agents not knowing their jobs, not needing qualifications or training etc.
It seems this is true wherever Nancy is operating too.0
