paperless real estate transaction???

I know this sounds crazy, I am overworked and tired running my errands, doing printing stuffs for clients and going back and forth catching for signatures, inviting clients to explain the proposal, overdo the amends and print it out again. I heard about paperless real estate transaction and can someone tell me what is that all about?

I suspect you are in the US. This is a UK site, so it's unlikely you will receive reliable replies.

I suspect they are fake posing a question and will be back soon to try and spam the results of their 'search'.

Great! There's another forum that is regularly spammed like this and I've often felt like putting up a similar comment!

When they talk about "real estate agents" I comment that they are better than imaginary ones!
