no you are just sore because you paid one months premium & because the engineer that attended said the leak was there before you took out the policy corgi wouldn't cover it & why should they ?, phone BG & pay for their repair costs which i can assure you will be alot more than the £14 you have paid to corgi, you will get nowhere with your claim & like i have already told you on your other thread you aren't entitled to a call out for the first 30 days from the date you took out your policy so you should count yourself lucky that you had an engineer out at all.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You need to put the flush in the tank and clean through all the radiators you will be suprised what comes out. We did this in the summer and so much sludge comes out, but at the same time now the radiators are working alot better much warmer you are best taking them off and getting a hosepipe this is after the flush has been in the tank for a minimum of a week.0
