This is ebay's response given to those who have had listings removed (taken from another forum I frequent)
I can understand your confusion about why childrens' nappies would be
removed under our Adult Materials policy. Your items were ended for the
specific reason of being used nappies. Now, while I believe that you are
not selling these items as though they are a type of fetish material, we
do have members on our site who try to sell their used undergarments in
such a fashion. As such, we have decided to put our Used Undergarments
policy under the Adult Material policy.
Although I know you only had the best intentions when selling these
items, eBay does not allow the sale of used nappies for children to be
sold on the site under any circumstances. You are free, of course, to
list brand new nappies on the site.
eBay does not permit the sale of any used undergarments. Used
undergarments would include, but are not limited to: athletic
supporters, boxer or jockey shorts, bras, briefs, full-length panty
hose, panties, and thongs.
Any hint or insinuation in the auction listing that the undergarments
have been previously worn will not be permitted.
So basically a load of tosh! I think the number of people buying used nappies for fetish purposes must be incredibly minute compared to those buying for their baby to use. Plus who cares?
You can buy vibrators on there but not used nappies? madness!

You can also buy live cats and dogs to kill and turn into fur, but not nappies.ॐ Signature Removed by Someones Mum. ॐ0 -

Completely daft idea - the world's gone mad!
Have just bought 6 new shaped terries (Nappy Nation) for £30 including postage via Ebay so saved a third of the cost of buying them elsewhere.
Have signed gladly and in the hope that it will spark some common sense somewhere in the Ebay ranks!0 -

Never heard anything so ridiculous in my life !!! Signed the petition . I was just about to sort out some Tots Bots (that both my sons have used & they are still in good condition) to sell on ebay . May have to find somewhere else to advertize them now .0
