Oh no...Yodel!

Just upgraded my phone with Virgin and expected it to be safely delivered by UPS only to receive an email about an hour ago saying Yodel are delivering. Having read the huge thread about Yodel on the 'Vents' board I am wondering if I will ever see my shiny new phone!

Until you sign for it's it's Yodel/ Virgins responsibility. Personalyy I don't rate UPS so its down to the local courier as to how good the service is0 -
Never ever ever had a problem with UPS, I just hope I don't get a problem with Yodel. I hope I am proved wrong and they deliver a fantastic service.0

You will get a yodel at home courrier, so will be fine. depends on peoples areaDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I've had two AWFUL experiences of Yodel and "fine" is the opposite end of the possible spectrum!!0
