That was bloody quick:) They sent mine out automatically but phone them and enquire

I have tried to call them to enquire about a form sent to me by post. However, nobody seems to answer phonecalls. I've tried the phone numbers on my letter, on the directgov website (which the lady gave me another tel no to call) etc.

I have emailed them but I don't know if they will will replied....
