claims to by representing T Mobile
Hi All,
Keep getting calls to my mobile from a Manchester Area code starting 0161274 then 4 random digits on the end inc 1335 5562 etc. They know my name and the fact I am due an upgrade. Spiel trys to imply are TMob but if asked outright say no. Want me to give dob claiming need this to get retentions to deal with them. When I asked to give me their details so I could ring back to check who they were (as not prepared to give this info out) girl had to "check with manager" Stated manager would email details and she'd ring back. Did ring back but no email so pushed for a company name and said "Brighton mobiles" Has anyone had similar experience or is this dodgy. New to this upgrade business so may be common. Advice please

not heard of them. check with tmob direct, make sure taken off any call/marketing lists..
also check / sign up with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service), for no marketing calls..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
