Can i do this?
Hi.
Just bought my first smart phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note on Orange with 750mb monthly data allowance.
1/ Can i use this to generate a wireless network that i can connect my laptop to in the normal way that you connect to your home hub (sky router).
2/ Can i use this phone to connect to my wireless network at home (my sky router)
3/ If i can do the second one of the above does the 750mb monthly allowance from orange get used up or am i simply using my unlimited sky broadband allowance.

not sure about the first one, but you will be able to connect to your wireless network at home (you will need to input a password) and that will not take any of your monthly mb allowance.
Hope this helps

1. Yes, although your network may not allow this, check your plan.
2. Yes.
3. When connected to your router you will use your broadband allowance not your 750mb data allowance from Orange.0 -
