Contacting Orange

Options
Am having bad connection issues with Orange and after waiting a week they are still ongoing.
The have said there is an issue with the line which would take 48hrs to rectify, 4 days on we are still the same.
Have been ringing and ringing them since Tues only to be told there server is down.
Have contacted there customer services via email who are beyond useless.
Anyone know of any tel number or email address i can escalate this too or i may go mad!
