Wonder how many of these people moved on to Pension Tax Credit (more benefits, no job-hunting) or got forced on to Workfare?.
The whole reporting system is flawed as it only counts those on JSA and ignores all the people on ESA or Workfare or PTC, all of whom are technically unemployed.Never Knowingly Understood.
