Help breadmaker making rude noises!!!!

HELP!!!! BREADMAKER MAKING RUDE NOISES!!!!!!just put it on to make bread rolls and evey few seconds loud creaking noise like its passing wind keeps coming from it whats wrong!!!

    hi, thanks for that i take the mixer bit out and wash it after each use though as i paranoid about weevils could it be anything else ?

    editing thread now, just found out what i was doing wrong oh (saint from above) has just informed me i have had the kneading paddle on upside down!!! feel quite carp now anyway thanks for helping.

    I know how you feel, I once forgot to put the paddle in and wondered why it wasn't mixing, lol!

    Me too and I utterly refused to waste the mixture and start again. A rather messy business but I got the paddle on in the end

    never forgotten the paddle, but did once forget the water - fortunately noticed a strange sound and sorted it out - not sure what would have happened to dry flour on a bake cycle?
