T-Mobile end of minimum term query

So my T-Mobile minimum term came to an end in October last year. I requested my PAC code a couple on months ago but didn't use it as I really don't know what handset to go for. T-Mobile have obviously continued to bill me the full amount of my contract.

I know I am now effectively on a monthly rolling contract but is it possible for me to pay less than what I'm currently paying. In other words have I been paying more than I should be by taking no course of action at all. I am paying £21 for 300 mins, 300 texts. Unlimited land line calls. Can I request for them to reduce my monthly payment but still be on a monthly rolling contract. I eventually want to leave T-Mobile (if they don't provide a decent deal) but am waiting for either the Samsung Galaxy SIII or iPhone 5.

Thanks

You can ask them to switch you to any of the sim-only tariffs they offer or to PAYG.
Any switching requires 30 days notice.

You can ask but any new contract would likely be on the new terms. Nearest deal is 300 minutes on a 30 day sim only contract for £15.50 although retentions may be able to offer something better.
