As you have subscribed some 12/13 funds already, you're restricted to looking at accounts that accept transfers in.
You mention that you are trying to pay more money in, if you can cobble together £2,500 in total, then Santander Direct ISA - 3.30% (includes a 2.80% variable bonus for 12 months) would comfortably beat your M&S rate.
You could also consider Principality BS e-ISA (issue 3) - 3.10% where the minimum deposit is £1. (includes a 1.30% bonus for 12 months from account opening)
If you have a Nationwide card account you could go for an Nationwide Online ISA (issue 3) - 3.10%, fixed until 31/10/2013, minimum deposit: £1,000 (rate includes a fixed bonus of 2.10% until 31/10/2013).
These would give you a slightly better return than the Halifax ISA Saver Online - 3.00% (rate includes a 2.75% fixed bonus for 12 months from account opening), but the differences in interest would be fairly marginal in truth.
I haven't suggested any of the notice or restricted access fixed accounts, as it sounds like you intend to keep depositing funds throughout the tax year.I came, I saw, I saved.
