I am loving my bag. I received a few doubles but the products are so great, I am happy to have 2.

My bag is different than the other ones I have seen, in mine i got:

Nail File / Tote Bag / Bee Tin thing / Radiance Body was (a couple) / Large Body wash (a couple) / Lifeguards Lip Balm (a couple) / Lip Shimmers (a couple different vairents) / Body Creams (a couple kinds)

Finally arrived! I ordered two, they were identical and I got the same as Flat Eric too Used some of it last night and I'm going to give some as gifts. Love it!

I've found their customer service to be pretty poor. I ordered a grab bag but I also ordered a Willow Bark and Chamomile Cream Cleanser at the same time. I have sensitive skin and this cleanser was supposedly suitable. Well, I used it and it made my face sting and turned my skin really red and raw. I emailed them and asked if I could send it back to exchange for another item and they responded that no I couldn't because it was opened. I've emailed again to say I feel I should be able to exchange or get a refund because the product wasn't fit for purpose. We'll see what they say. Am I being unreasonable I wonder? I don't really think so to be honest. The face wash cost over 10 quid so I was treating myself, but now I can't even use it. Oh well.

Edited to say: After my second email I've been sent a freepost address so I can exchange the face wash. A good result, just wish it had happened on the first email rather than the second.

As for the grab bag, the lotions and lip shimmers are really great. The exfoliating wash smells terrible (like hair dye), but the rest of the stuff was ok. It was worth it for the lotions alone, however. I just wish I'd had better luck with the face wash.

Wow VERY impressed with my goodies! They sent me 14 things including the lemon cuticle cream and hand salve - both of which I was tempted to buy anyway but couldn't justify the extra money. The hand salve is £10 on it's own!

see I wished they did different grab bags so you could guarantee you got different stuff. I.e. mystery grab bag a, mystery grab bag b etc. I would order more bags if i knew i would get different contents and I would have thought that if you ordered two grab bags in the same order then they would ensure you got two different ones.

or alternatively I wish they did grab bags themed to body (so you got body wash/body lotion) grab bags themed to hands and feet (so lots of hand cream etc)

Just a word of encouragement to anyone still waiting. The wife's order for 2 packs is still showing "Pending remote fulfillment" but it arrived today (DPD).

I won't be opening it - it'd spoil the surprise!

Mine arrived today and I'm a bit disappointed as I only got 8 products:
2 full size body lotions (Honey and Orange Wax and Milk and Honey)
Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream 8.5g
Grapefruit and Sugar Beet Shampoo 29.5ml
Handsalve 8.5g
Beeswax Lip Balm
2 x Exfoliating Body Wash with Royal Jelly
Still cheaper than retail but I seem to have got a lot less than everyone else when ordering (supposedly) the same product. I do think if you advertise 12 items you should provide the right amount not a third less. I've emailed them and am waiting for a reply.
