Thanks for chasing yours up Muffin Princess and letting us know how you got on:). My order placed on 27 April is still showing up as remote fulfillment and payment has been taken so i won't waste their time chasing my order but will just have to wait "patiently" for it to be delivered which will be very hard to do as i can't wait to see what i've got!

just ordered mine, never tried any burt's products before but heard they're really good so this is a good opportunity to try them

I ordered my bag on the 26th and got it today, in my bag was:

Radiance Exfoliating Body Wash - 3fl oz x 2 bottles
Super shiny conditioner in Grapefruit & Sugar Beet - 1fl oz
Body lotion, milk and honey - 235ml
Body lotion, honey and orange wax - 235ml
Rosemary mint Shampoo bar - 0.80oz
Metal tin, which had: Radiance night cream 0.25oz
Nail file
3 Lip balms- Rhubarb and 2 watermelon

Abit dissappointed I got 2 the same body washes and lipbalms, but overall great value!

Think I would drop them an e-mail as only 10 products in your bag. I think it is supposed to be twelve not counting the 'extras' of tin and nail file.

eta just re-read the blurb and says 12 items not products, so maybe not.

I ordered mine the day before you and still nothing I get worried because I've had a lot of problems with Royal Mail lately.

If it helps, I placed 2 orders and both were delivered by DPD not Royal Mail

Thanks, I thought the same when I first got them, but I think its 12 individual items. :-)

Looks like royal mail tried to deliver mine this morning whilst i was at work. Got to wait til Saturday when it's redelivered as the sorting office is only open 7am - 1pm and i usually finish work at 12.45 so don't get any time to collect it!

This is what I got!
A tin containing:

15g Peach and willowbark deep pore scrub
A nail file
Rhubarb lip shimmer
watermelon lip shimmer x2
Burts bees radiance night cream 7g

Then:

Grapefruit and sugarbeet conditioner 29.5ml
Rosemary mInt shamppoo bar 22.7g

Exfoliating body wash with royal jelly and jojoba beads 88.7ml x 2

Body Lotion Honey and Orange wax 235ml
Body Lotion Milk and honey 235ml

I ordered two gift bags and both bags contained the same.

It has made my day (getting the goodies) and I am looking forward to using it all :T As I ordered two sets, it would have been nice to have received different contents but I'm happy nonetheless. I am already tempted to rush back to the site and buy more but must resist!
