Look on here: http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php
Type in Virgin Media into the company name search box and it comes up with loads of numbers to have a go at

I actually have a spare one,just recently left Virgin and for some reason they took back the box but not the remote and router, anyhows if you want me to send it to, PM and let me know.
