  • Thanks again everyone. Cramps have started and bleeding is a bit heavier now. Strange how when you psychologically let go you start to physically let go also.

Forgot to say earlier that I will be referred for investigation also (and DH) because I've now had 3 mc's in a row. I'm not even sure I want to try again but I'd like to know if there actually is a problem with either of us.

DH isn't feeling 100% and I know it's because he's stressed. I feel bad for saying so but I feel like screaming! Why can't I just be the ill one and just be looked after for a change?! I know he isn't doing it on purpose but I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself (and also worried he will have a seizure!) This hasn't been helped by my Mum either who is going on a day trip on Sunday while I'm in the hospital all day. I hope to goodness my MIL can have the boys all day as earlier she had suggested sharing the childcare with my Mum. I have to be in the hospital at 8am and may be kept in as late as midnight or even be admitted. That's a long time for MIL to have the boys.

Sorry, I'm rambling. Lots of emotions! Xx

  • Lots of emotions, and quite rightly so. I don't blame you for wanting a bit of TLC, anyone in your position would. I've had several miscarriages myself so completely understand what you're going through. I hope you get to the bottom of what's causing them, I hope it's something easily rectified.... sending some (((hugs))) and tlc to you xxx

  • Thank you DFW and Fudgie.

Sorry Fudgie, in the wake of my scan news etc I also forgot to say thanks for voting for DS1 to you and Granny also.

Just had a few tears because one of my friends just text calling me Wonderwoman because I've been through so much and just get on with it. I don't feel like Wonderwoman and I can't face 'getting on with it'.

Feel like I want to hide under a rock. Must snap out of it Xx

PLMBL ... I was worrying about you and your DH getting stressed - could visualise him "feeling odd". Could a family member come and stay the night at your house to keep him grounded? The last thing you need is the added worry of how your DH might react.

Worth discussing with your medical team???? It's all part of your recovery plan, after all. This is a time when you need the space to stop worrying about the rest of the universe, surely.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

You may not feel it, but you certainly are a wonderwoman. I am so sad for you honestly, but you are incredibly strong.

Hope DH is as well as he can be. You definitely deserve some TLC & time to get yourself sorted.

Hope your mum has not said anything untoward & MIL is being extra kind. It is a long time for her to have the boys but surely under these circumstances she will not mind at all.

Hot water bottles and ibuprofen/paracetamol together for the cramps. What is this voting for DS1? I am happy to vote if you send me a link & it's still open... :)

    Take care.

  • I'm so sorry PLMBL.

If you need anyone to come and skivvy for you or get some shopping I'd be happy as I'm only in Durham. Or even just provide you with chocolate and a shoulder in the park. Just tell me if I can help you in anyway.

Keeping you in my thoughts. xx
