    Sounds like a £20 administration charge he can make for DR Plus! Incredible cheek about the PPC possibly still chasing a ticket, will these morons never learn? Well at least they have given him fair warning that they propose to issue a ticket in October... Serves them right for being idiots enough to take it to court in the first instance, got their fingers burnt big time.
