This thread on pepipoo reports that in response to MCOL Debt Recovery Plus have paid out £325 before court.
The poster had succeeded in getting a claim from Minster Baywatch struck-out for failing to disclose a cause of action only to then receive a string of letters from Zenith Collections aka DR+ demanding payment.
I'm sure that GTFA will be pleased to note that others are following his lead.

My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Thanks, I was VERY happy to learn this, particularly as I have a "client" who proposes to sue this self-same company....0

Yeah great news
wonder if we will get the resident troll suckers on here ? Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I know someone who will suggest it's all lies and made up........0

nice to see the tide turning, could do with a few actually getting to court and having the scum out in the open before they are made to pay0
-
I don't think they can risk it going to court. At least here they can say they paid without admission for economic reasons.0

He's busy at Parkex, shopping for cattle prods, so he asked me to pass on this message ...
"It didn't get to court, so it's yet another successful defence and win by a PPC.
Stanley Matthews."The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

I believe that we have heard the last of Mr. ppeterson. And his last attempt at re-incarnation as ColinBell lasted all of half an hour before he was cancelled.0
