ISA Transfer; B&B ------> Halifax Fixed

hello,
i opened an ISA with B&B in january this year with the maximum allowed £3000. the B&B account pays 5.65%. now, i want to change to the Halifax fixed rate ISA at 6.00% for 4 years term.
my question is, can i transfer it or not. i ask this because it is not a previous years subscription, but the current year's subscription.
please tell me if this is allowed or not.
thanks

It doesn't matter current or previous year. You can transfer if you like. Suppose your B&B ISA is E-ISA, right?0

So it should not be a problem, if Halifax fixed rate ISA, 6.00% for 4 years term accepts transfer in.0
