GR payments made by BACS yesterday - should be in the bank tomorrow or Friday. Amazing - I didn't do the visits until Saturday and I'll have the money less than a week later.0

Mine as well. It's a shame I can't do more work for them.0 -
Wow, how long are the reports for the station jobs on Mystery Shoppers! Did three yesterday, keyed 2 yesterday and got up early this morning to do one. I didn't get it done til 9:30 as I woke up late, is this OK do you think, as it does say by 9.0

Yeah, another Grass Roots fan here. Their reports are great, they always pay ontime, if not earlier. The fee's and reimburssments are really decent. Yup, top company.
I always put extra effort into my Grass Roots assignments aswell. It makes the, 'You get what you pay for' adage quite relevant.0 -
The only thing I don't like about GR are the short comment boxes - it's so frustrating to get terrible service that really needs reporting and then to have to condense the whole experience to 250 characters!0

Yeah, I love them. I just wish I got more work. I haven't had anything for over a month now, despite genuinely [honestly!] living on the doorstep of a sofa & slapper.0

And the reverse is true as well; I remember last Christmas getting what appeared to be terrible service if you only went by the tick boxes but the SA was actually really lovely and helpful. The shop was horribly understaffed and she got interrupted constantly by other shoppers wanting things out of cabinets, plus there wasn't any available stock of what was requested on the brief, so it really wasn't her fault. I wanted to sing her praises and explain all the No answers but there just wasn't enough space.
Other than that, I agree about GR. As long as I don't do the mini-slappers, because they might pay well but they're awful. Asking the same MOS about 5 questions is just daft0 -

Never had that issue with them. Can usually get different MOS for all queries except for the customer services bit. Mind you they NEVER answer their phones around here. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0
