Cheers, I lolled, hard, in the middle of an otherwise silent office.

Have this shower ever actually been fair to anyone?
They've always been ok to me even paying me full fee for a closed shop.. but I wont shout it from the rooftops as sooner or later I expect them to have my pants down over somethin.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Looking forward to my hotel o/n stay assignment. Even better because of it I can do another assignment of buying something and returning it the following day! So going to the shop before I check in, and returning it in the morning after checking out. Though its a 20 min walk between them.
Must make sure I have plenty of cash on me as its an assignment to see how the staff are trained in dealing with cash as obviously, many guests ask to put things on their room tab and pay at the end using card.
Enjoy your stay, is it service measure?Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Its a service measure plus measure how staff can deal with cash payments as many guests just say 'stick it on the tab on room 215' when buying drinks at the bar etc and pay everything on card on checkout.
Have to observe does the staff members put the money away straight away, leave the till drawer open too long etc.
No maximum spend levels apart from the fitness centre - £2 (brief says get a snack or a bottle of soft drink), one alcoholic drink - which I will get at the bar before dinner. Also need to order room service at just after 11pm. Setting my alarm just in case I nod off before then!0 -
Just did an assignment for ABA's new travel client and, wow, do people really pay £8,000 for a family holiday?? Whole different world...0

I have always found them to be very fair but they do not suffer fools gladly. Several members of this forum were removed from their books not because of their work but because there were some rather unpleasant things said about one of their (now ex) staff members on here.0
