They will probably tell you to change the zoom on your screen!0 -

I mainly use a netbook and I've never had to do that, what resolution are you using?0 -
Does expanding the box not work? It normally is fine for me.0

One GAP niggle is every time I file a return, I get TWO acknowledgements confirming receipt. I queried this as a fault, but had no response. Does everyone else get the same, as it's getting mighty annoying now!0

Yeah, you seem to get one acknowledgement for the report and one when you send in your scanned receipt. I think it might be meant so you know they got everything.0 -

Yes, you get 2 acknowledgements. Although some think the second one is for the receipt that's not the case. I often complete my reports at work during my break and leave uploading the receipt until I get home. I get still get both emails after the report is completed.

Getting concerned about GFK and their bank question, I only do the banks close to where I live and I've been asking the same question for 2 months, if I go in and get the same cashier I'm sure they'll remember me particularly if the branch staff I have asked have had to check with colleagues.0

I completely understand where you come from, I would assume they will change the question in a couple of waves time. Until then ask as if you are going on holiday and are unsure how best to check your balance. The normal question does scream 'Im a mystery shopper' Especially if your a regular and they know that you use online banking etc.
Good luck pal.Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Go with a different hairdo! LOL.
I'm past caring. The staff are normally rude and full of themselves and then become super friendly once you ask that question. Guess it's a bit like the burger shop and the floor shows.0 -

I get both before I've even sent the receipt, so it isn't that. The website is quite slick otherwise, but after a long day getting duplicate receipts is making the day seem even longer.
Currently, I'm still smarting at te waste of time I spent boning up on the requirements for a fruity computer maker, passing orientation, only to discover no jobs materialised.0
