Hi all,

Does anyone have an email address for someone in the pay department at UKIMS?

I'm being ignored at the usual email address and no one seems to know anything when I call in.

have you checked the your pay section it usually shows when jobs are due to be paid, have been and any delays

Hi, I have rang them several times today but no one seems to have any idea what's going on.
The job I did was in late may, due to be paid this month according to the brief, but looking at the my earning tab on the website it hasn't been included.

I will try again tomorrow.

Have to agree with you on that one. When I have a little query, it takes about 20 phone calls before it gets sorted. Like you said, they are all a bit clueless.

They do have some payments scheduled for 15th July if that's of any help?

Hi,

I checked my earnings for this month and it's not on there. It was one of the slapper counting audits I did in May, a 4hr one, so I was looking forward to those payments this month.

I will keep calling until someone can tell me what is going on with it.

I did send my paperwork in, the morning after I did the visits and got receipt just incase.

I doubt I will do these next year either.
