Has anyone done a bank job and not been able to get an ATM receipt? I was not able to take a photo of the screen saying there were no receipts as there were people behind me and it would have looked suspicious, I've been questioned about this now and am worried I won't be paid .

Yes, I couldn't get a receipt as the ATM was out of order.
I was asked to take a picture of my transaction receipt as proof, which I did, and I was paid okay.
Maybe you could do that?

Was it a deposit or enquiry. If it was a deposit then they can always trace you. And actually as long as you put the time you went in they could check the camera's if they really needed.

quick question!

Doing a phone call but i only get automated menus that answer the given scenario, not a human.

Do i just ignore the automated menus and force the system to goto a human?? >_<

Yep I had one with no ATM at all and they just asked for a copy of my transaction receipt xx

I don't know about everyone else but I'd speak to someone just to cover myself and say I didn't understand the automated service HTH x

Now that I think about it the original scenario mentioned something about the menus..

But can't check (MS site is down ):( so can't check or enter the results at the moment!

When I uploaded a screen shot of an ATM not issuing paper slips GFK came back to me and asked for an image of the receipt instead. They did accept an ATM photo on another job so they are not consistent. I'm not bothering taking pics of the screen anymore and will just continue to get a receipt each time then I'm covered if the ATM wont oblige

Mimi - thanks for the Petrol Alert. I had just left home when the Alert came through and I have to admit I was cursing you ! I can't get their site on my phone and I rarely get the fast plane fuel.

Just got back and there were still two there that the Lanarkshire !!!!! hadn't taken! Thanks again.
