getting rid of Tiscali?

I was a happy Homechoice suscriber for a month or so and then came Tiscali and ruined everything. Yes, they reduced £2.- of my plan but from yesterday (the day tiscali took over) my internet service (supposedly 2MB) is horribly slow. I checked my speed yesterday and it was 0,5 MB during the whole day.
Today it seems pretty much the same.
I signed a contract with Homechoice and i am still in the minimum period, is there a chance for my to get rid of Tiscali on the basis I signed the contract with homechoice?
Thanks for any advice.
