You could have a camera inside the house pointing out.. bound to be something you can do.

There are plenty of PC based webcams with "night vision", many wireless, that can be put up on a window cill or shed roof.

Even a good digital camera with a large memory chip propped up by a book will do try e bay.

I know i really shouldn't laugh but i would have though skulls and bones would be right up a Goth's street. The one down our street with a Hearse parked on his driveway would love it! LOL :rotfl:

Tell her the house is empty and unguarded now since you have fled the scene. All this would hit her in the wallet and may affect her insurance if the house is abandoned.

If the tenant invalidates the insurance, he is liable for any loss (under most normal tenancy agreements)

Remind her, if she releases you, that you will be paying for reletting fees and will be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found.

The LL has other places to let first. The tenant only wants to pay the one month rent he has already paid.

I've forgotten the details of the other thread, was the house empty for a long time before you took it? Do you think she would struggle to find other tenants and that's why she's digging her heels in?

Yes, the OP says there is a whole group of buildings, mostly empty.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Set up your own cctv camera. It doesn't require any alteration to the property.

That was the first thought that crossed my mind too. As a closet Goth myself I'd be delighted!
