The phone or the sim? If the former, then, say, Nokia 1800 refurbished , for £2.90+10. Also Tesco usually have some cheap phones for about a tenner.0

Last time I was there, Morocco had plenty of public payphones. This will always be cheaper than using a roamed mobile to call home, just make sure you call a landline in the UK (not a mobile). Providing you don't make any calls or data, taking your UK phone may be a good idea, as texts are cheapish and will keep you in touch - just don't lose it or have it stolen.0
