I would be grateful for any recommendations on what would be the best make for a 128GB SSD.
Kingston, Corsair or Crucial. Or any others.

I have fitted both Corsair and Crucial 128GB SSD in the past week to my desktop (FX4100 Quad core o/clocked to 4.9Ghz) and the difference is not noticeable. OCZ also do 128GB SSD for around the same price (~£100).
Just check the transfer rates, ~500mb read and write will do fine.0 -
Avoid OCZ like the plague - a quick Google will tell you why.0

Intel or Samsung.
OCZ don't have a very good rep.0 -

I bought a Crucial M4 on recommendation from Toxteth_OGrady, and it's been working fine for a few months now.
I'd suggest looking past pure headline transfer rates - when I looked, the ones with the headline rate tended to have the worst reputation for reliability.0 -
Very happy with my Crucial, for what it's worth0
