ive just complained to ntl because tiscali was offering a cheaper & faster connection,ive been with them for 3yrs & 1st they offerd 2MB for the £24.99 i was allready paying,then they offerd me 1MB for £8.99 for the next 3 months but told me to ring them back when the 3 months was up & they would apply it again,you will definatly get a better deal if you tell you are leaving,good luck
