Looking to Switch Network
Hi all,
I am currently on O2's Simplicity for iPhone 20 (600 mins, 1200 texts and unlimited data) which I pay £20.42 a month and I have had for over 2 years. I'm leaving O2 for Broadband to Sky's Fibre Broadband so my £5 discount is now irrelevant and was looking for some help deciding as I always dither over these decisions (sad I know!!).
I was looking at moving to either Three (300 mins, 3000 texts and unlimited data) for £15 a month or Giff Gaff (250 mins, unlimited texts and data) for £10 a month.
Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Andy

I'm with Giffgaff and i get the £10 goodybag with 250mins & unlimited texts and internet. Great deal, only downside is that its online help only and no call centre whatsoever. So if its going well its great but if you have a problem then there may be a wait. In the 6 months i've been with them i've had no problems. http://giffgaff.com/index/offer .Another thing to obviously bear in mind is whether the signal for Giffgaff or Three is adequate in your area. Personally if you have both companies signal & if you can spare the extra fiver i'd probably go with Three for the peace of mind that if something goes wrong you can get straight on the phone and sort it out.0

Do you actually need unlimited data?0

I have checked the signal in areas I spend my time and Three seem to be better in more areas than O2/GiffGaff although they are £5 more expensive.
A very good point though is being able to call Three if there are any problems.
Grumbler - I have on many occasions gone over 1-1.5GB in the 2 years + on my unlimited tariff so I would say so.0 -
The OP wanted to save some money. What's the point in moving from £20.42 to £25ish?0

Talkmobile do 200 mins, 500 txtx and unlimited data (vodafone network) for £12/month on a rolling contract.
Not a bad alternative me thinks.0
