at a rate that would never have seen it paid off though? £5 per month? but yes. if they had been patient then they might have been able to pay more later.

No, the costs will be covered by the other side, I heard Satan's Den got stung to the tune of £50k! Not all this money goes to the solicitors though, there are fees and expenses included in that sum.
