kgb deals

I bought a mothers day pamper package with kgb deals in feb and when i tried to book the day of pamper was told by the lady on the phone that they were not a beauty parlour but an accupuncture clinic and was annoyed at the fact i had her number. I contacted kgb deals who said they had been in contact with the parlour and they would contact me after 2 weeks of waiting i then contacted kgb again and said I wanted a refund as it was getting near to the voucher time limit and there was limited dates of when i could attend. They said the 10 day cooling off period had expired and so couldn't have a refund, as I had paid via paypal I asked them to look into it for my via their resolution centre and they have closed it as it's after the 45 day transaction date. I have emailed paypal explaining the voucher was for a gift for mother's day 18th march and my complaint went in 28th march, and had no replies, it seems they take it from the actual date of purchase which means all these company's selling these vouchers are on to a good thing they take your money don't deliver then by the time you try to use the voucher or contact for refund it's too late. so has any one out there any advice on what to do next paypal aren't responding to emails and neither are kgbdeals!

contact your bank to which card you have registered to your paypal account and explain your situation to them because you haven't recieved/redeemed you goods that you have paid for
I personally only have my mastercard or visa registered to my paypal account to give me the added protction because with these cards it is the banks money and the act quicker. With debt cards it is your money and the act very slow
hope this helps0 -

Visa definitely issue both debit and credit cards, and I think Mastercard do too.
It is also possible that the protection you are thinking of, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, may not work with Paypal being involved.0 -
So do you not actually have a number for the beauty !!!!!!?0

no the number on the voucher is for some where else for some reason and kgb deals are hopeless they said they had given my details to the beauty parlour and they will be contacting me. why they cant give me the number they are using is stupid. i will get on to paypal again, but i feel i'm going round in circles. thanks for the input peoples x0

No point getting onto PayPal, if it's after 45 days you won't have any luck.0
