Help! Gift advice needed for my lovely neighbours
Comments
-
In the end I went to Wyevale and bought a large size trug and filled it with a mixture of potted herbs (5 for £10) Parsley, chives, golden thyme, sage and oregano. Now have very surprised and smiley neighbours. Good neighbours can be few and far between and through the summer they are often giving me tomatoes, cucmbers and courgettes over the garden fence so I feel very lucky.
Thank you for all the lovely ideas, I will probably follow them all up for future pressies and of course for our own garden. I saw the mushroom kit today and am wondering how successful they are? Instead I treated myself to a seed sprouting kit (I know that a jar and muslin will do but this one has two levels so I can do 2 different sprouts at the same time) Will be starting that off tonight. Looking around the store has really got me wanting to sort out our own garden. Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.
