Retentions phone numberS ex telewest/ex NTL

Just thought I'd post at the start of a thread the phone numbers for retentions for Virgin Media - there are different number for different previous suppliers - BOTH FREEPHONE!!!!! :j


The number for ex NTL users is 0800 0524000

The number for ex Telewest users 0800 0730591

Note these are retentions departments. Customer services on 150 do not generally have the authority to change your packages.

also arent retentions open 9-5 monday - saturday but not sure about sundays
