Thought it may be of use to anyone in liverpool or surrounding areas; landlord / gas safety certificate for £24!! Usually pay nearly 3 times this. :jCant post link as 'newbie'- its on livingsocial under Liverpool deals. I always call the business direct first to check everything legit but cant see how you can lose for this price!
