Alliance Leicester - Premier ISA - 7% interest

Just checked there website this morning and they have a premier ISA giving 7%.

7.00% gross p.a./AER (variable) Rate guaranteed to be at least 1% above the Bank of England Base Rate on tax free savings fixed until 30.04.08 and thereafter reverts to a variable rate of 0.25% below Bank of England Base Rate.
Probably one of the best ISA's at present.
