  • I bought Norpak the other week and it went rancid about three days after I opened it. I also found it not as nice as Lurpak.

I wouldn't buy vegetable oil or spreadable butter (its not pure butter) or any margarine whatsoever, I don't want to be ingesting fats which don't occur in nature, basically. I buy my favourite butter on special offer and shove it in the freezer,

As I love Lurpack, thought I'd try Norpak as it's cheaper. In my opinion it tastes exactly the same!!

Asda have Lurpack on special offer at the moment for £2 = large !!

    Hi

What kind of butter do you buy that doesn't have any oil or 'un natural' fats?

I am trying to improve my diet, but struggle to give up butter

    Thanks

Is not vegetable oil thats the problem, its hydrogenated oil.
