Hi,

I just moved to a new accommodation and want to have virgin media. I put the postcode but the website did not show that virgin can offer me the service using the cable. It is actually difficult to understand this since the website shows that virgin can offer service to flat number 15/16/21/22, mine is 19. Ask Virgin to send their surveyor to the property as you believe they have a cable in the vicinity. I had this with Virgin the told me the propperty I was moving into had no cable adjacent when I looked on site you could see the trench route for the cable running 300 mm from my front wall with a Nyrex connection chamber
