OP if as you say you were been overtaken, the you need to see this evidence, it may not be your speed on the ticket, dont think for one second they dont try it on, yes they do, all of the time.

It's not often I say this but he has a point. Get the pictures "to help you identify the driver" and make sure that they pinged you and only you.
