Vodafone Repairs

Afternoon all,

Just sent my moblie off to be repaired. its only 3 or 4 months all and has decided not to switch on.

If vodafone cant repair it will they let me swap it for a SGSII?

by the way i have a Sensation which i am a little dissapointed with after getting over the inital excitment.

    Very unlikely. Their obligation is to repair or replace with the same.

    Actually they can choose to replace it with a phone of the same or better spec, however it's Vodafones choice not yours.

    Hi Roverduck,

    If a phone cannot be repaired and we need to replace it, we would only replace like for like.

    If you wanted to get a newer model, you would need to wait until you are eligible for an upgrade.
