at the end of the day its still their responsibly to prove its owed. which they obviously cant. their problem. not yours.0 - 
            More threats and now saying logging a default against my name on credit file!!!!
Bob kingdon has now said:
"My understanding is that we are reporting this unpaid debt to the relevant credit bureaus, as we are obliged to do, (see attached for information held with ‘Call Credit’)."

            I said they are not legally allowed to place a default on my credit rating until proven debt... he replied:
"I disagree with your interpretation of the law."0 - 
            Ok, so i need help again!!
Can they legally ascertain proof of debt from the credit card company? (there is not a debt but if there was are the bank allowed to send them my personal information)?0 - 
            anyone??
i requested proof of debt 36 days ago and nothing.
they have now placed a default against my name without proof of the debt and while they are investigating it0 -

            Wouldnt it be a whole lot easier to simply send the proof you paid it by bank transfer? Easy enough to get a copy of your statements.
Getting credit data removed is very difficult.

            Make sure to print out your credit file now, in case they alter it.
EDIT: I see they already have altered it.
That'll teach me to read the whole thread, before posting.
