Stylistpick - bloody awful service

Hi everyone - just a warning about this company and the experience I've had. It's being fronted by Cheryl Cole and I bet she hasn't had to put up with rubbish customer service like I have!
I ordered two expensive pairs of shoes - flatforms. They were delivered fine, beautiful box, ribbon, tissue etc. The shoes came up small for a size 6, so no problem, Stylistpick's returns claim it's really easy to return goods and it's free.
Is it heck!
There was no receipt or invoice in the box with the shoes so no reference number.
So when you go onto the courier website you can't have free return delivery because there wasn't a drop-down box on the Stylistpick part of the order form.
So I had to pay for delivery.
Trying to make Stylistpick understand what's gone wrong is a nightmare. They've phoned me and emailed me and still I can't get them to understand! It's taken hours to sort this out and still I'm no further....
I've now sent them snapshots of my bank details, the parcel delivery form and the Paypal delivery charge receipt.
Just thought I'd post this as a WARNING in case any of you are thinking of buying goods from Stylistpick - be warned!
I'll update any outcomes
Have a good weekend if not
