Has anyone's Jus Rol Le Creuset Dish Arrived yet?

Anyone have the contact info for these guys? My cheque got cashed only a couple of weeks ago so thought I'd get it soon but still not had anything.

Ours was sent on the 16th March last, we rang on the 10th May, order confirmed to be dispatched on the 31st May...still waiting...????? :mad:

Still waiting for mine too, which was the rectangle dish in teal. Sent the cheque off a couple of weeks before the closing date for the offer and it was cashed not long after.

I phoned them early May to be told that the teal was a popular colour and that they'd be getting more at the end of May. Completely forgot about it til this week!

It's not a scam. Jus-rol and Le Creuset are hardly going to leg it with our money and disappear. They've just been over-whelmed with the demand. I guess they're cashing cheques so Le Creuset can be paid for the dishes that they make specifically for the offer.

I do believe people should have been better informed and given an option of whether they wanted to go ahead or not, just to give peace of mind. I'm happy to wait longer for mine though.

I have just rang Jus Rol about my teal pie dish and have been told that due to being extreamly popular they have had to order more but the order had very recently arrived and I should recieve my dish by the end of the month... I sent payment 2 days before the offer finished. I am looking forward to getting it though as seems everyone is happy when the finally arrive.

I sent mine in for the teal pie dish on 5/3/12, cheque was cashed on 23/3/12. Just phoned their helpline on 0800 0086424

Lady was helpful, confirmed my order details and read the script about high demand than expected, really sorry for delay etc.


Upshot is that apparently it will be dispatched very soon and arrive in next 2 weeks. We'll see...!

My cheque was cashed on 24th May and I just called them to find out if they had any news. Apparantly it has been dispatched and should arrive by the end of next week at the latest, it's the flan dish in volcanic. Hopefully everyone's will have been dispatched too

I've just called them and been told mine's been despatched and should arrive by the end of this week. I ordered three teal dishes, which was apparently the most popular colour hence the delay.

I rang today too and was told it's on its way and should have it by end of week, but i've been told a couple times its on its way and I'm still waiting. I appreciate that they might have been overwhelmed, but I do think its poor service to bank cheques but not make any attempt to contact customers to explain the delay

I don't get why they didn't just send out a little postcard to everyone explaining the reason for the delay and apologising.

It certainly would have bought them a bit more time and stopped everyone from getting so angry!
