Has anyone's Jus Rol Le Creuset Dish Arrived yet?

Just called them, and they have said they have only received the last one of my three cheques (lie) and i can expect to wait until may/june. I'm inclined to think we will never get these dishes and this has all been a big con to get us to buy more pastry. If you haven't got yours you need to phone and get them to check. Im not sure what the Administrators are called on this site but if they could look into this a bit more thoroughly I think it would be in all of our interests :-)

Follow Up from above: DONE SOME INTERNET BANKING AND JUS ROL HAVE CASHED 2 OUT OF 3 OF MY CHEQUES NOT 1 AS I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY ON THE PHONE. SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STINKS......

Has anyone managed to get their teal coloured one yet?? I'm still waiting as well, it's hard not to be pretty miffed about it! The cheque was cashed ages ago!

Does anyone have a phone number handy of whoever's running this malarky? I fancy having a bit of a grumble at them too...

I had a very apologetic phone call last week from a gentleman at Jus Rol. He said that the company had miscalculated how many teal dishes they needed by literally thousands! Le Creuset didn't have the stock either so were having to make them especially for Jus Rol. He apologised profusely and said it would be another few weeks until they would be available but if I wanted the volcanic dish instead he could send that immediately. I opted for that and received it a couple of days ago. It's lovely and I'm very pleased with it.

I presume everyone who applied will be called at some point but by the sounds of it they have a very long list of people to call. I still think its a bit naughty that they cashed the cheques so quickly - mine was back in March. I totally forgot to mention it but I was bowled over by his polite apology and couldn't have had a go at him anyway!

Oh hurrah, I'm glad to hear they're contacting people and dealing with the problem, I feel a lot better about the whole thing now - thanks for letting us know, Charliezoo

I too had to chase it up and I was told that the volcanic colour (funnily enough what I ordered) was out of stock due to popularity and that it would be in by the end of may.It is now the middle of June and I still haven't received it OR ANY APOLOGY.Do I smell a scam or what?

PS.There is a number to call,just google jus-rol le creuset offer to find it,I have forgotten it.Last time I phoned it just rang for ever.I really think they are hoping people will forget,I nearly did.

I just think its been very badly organised by Jus Rol and they totally miscalculated how many dishes to buy, this is what I was told over the phone. It is very annoying and not a good refection on the company at all but its crazy to describe it as a scam.

Maybe I am over-reacting calling it a scam,but a lot of scams involve encouraging extra sales,taking peoples money and not delivering the goods.Ok,maybe they are badly organised and under-estimated the demand.However,they are telling people that their colour is out of stock,saying it will be in stock at the end of May and it isn't and are not sending out an apology for delays.I wonder how many people have just forgotten about it,it has been so long.
If they can't afford to write to everyone which would be the decent way,then at least print an apology on facebook or something or perhaps answer their phone??When I did get through the first time the girl I spoke to wasn't very apologetic and just told me they had run out of volcanic ones and that they were expecting another delivery.How long shall we give it-another 3 months? I don't really want to spend any more money chasing this up,
