Has anyone's Jus Rol Le Creuset Dish Arrived yet?

I sent off the vouchers and cheque for 2 of these at least a month ago and haven't recieved the dishes yet. I don't think the cheques have been cahsed either. Am just wondering whether anyone has had better success?

No, I haven't got mine. They have cashed the cheques though.
  • Hi - mine arrived on Tuesday. Really pleased with it too. Sent off vouchers about six weeks ago if that helps.

I sent off for 2 dishes, 1 lots posted at the beginning of Feb and the second lot in the middle of March.
Both cheques have been cashed but no dishes yet.
I did call the phone number on the packet and I was told that there was a delay because I had ordered the 'teal' colour and that was most popular and they were waiting for more stock. The lady on the phone was very helpful. I did say that I would be happy to have the 'volcanic' colour and was told that I could have them in the next couple of days. That was 2 weeks ago!
I'm suprised that they can cash the cheques without any sign of sending out stock, as with online purchases, the retailer can not take money from your Visa etc, until the goods are dispatched.

I got mine about 3 weeks ago, volcanic pie dish.
I sent the vouchers maybe 2 weeks after the offer started.

    I'm not surprised.

If they despatch on a Monday, then bank your cheque on the same day as you suggest, what's to stop people cancelling their cheques when they receive the dish before the cheque has cleared on the Thursday?

ETA: I just looked and my own cheque hasn't been cashed yet. I posted it off a few days before the promo ended so I'll be one of the last to receive it

I'm quite annoyed that they cashed my cheque right away when there's a delay in getting stock in. If they can't fulfill the order, surely its going to cause further delay for them to issue a refund cheque and then for me to have to go to the bank to pay it in.

I haven't had mine yet and they haven't cashed the cheque either. But i was one of the later ones. Think i sent mine off in the last week of the offer.

    Hopefully they don't run out.

I had a phone message saying that the pie dishes are due in at the end of May - the offer has been more popular than they expected. They have other dishes in Volcanic available. I'm waiting as I really want the pie dish.

My volcanic rectangular dish arrived last Weds, probably been over a month since I sent away for it.

Checked on my bank statement over the weekend and the cheques don't appear to have been cashed yet. Looks like there might just be a delay in getting them due to a higher demand than they expected.
